Exam Review

Your Personal Humorous Narrative Remixed with Storybird is due on Friday, June 24, 2016. Always review the rubric before, during, and after the assignment.

I have left feedback on many of your Evidence of Learning Documents: Final Edition. If you would like to speak to me about your course mark, please sign-up for a time using this form.

Today, we will look at the exam review sheet. First, read the exam review and highlight the parts that you understand and annotate (leave a comment on your page) those areas. Share your annotations with the person next to you. If you have something  highlighted that your partner doesn’t, can you explain it to him or her? Do so.

Next, identify one part of the exam review sheet hat you really don’t understand (Part A, B, C, or D) and jot it down on a sticky note with your name and place the sticky note on the appropriate section of the Smartboard. We will move into small groups to work on that part of the review.

Finally, you will have about 30 mins to work on your Personal Humorous Narrative Remix. If you are already done, you have two choices:

  1. Re-visit the summative project to revise or improve on your work after considering the rubric again;
  2. Continue working on your exam review.

You will upload your narrative and create your story as a long form book.

Begin with a title page. Then create one page per paragraph including your introduction and conclusion.

Note:

  • Once you choose an art collection, you can’t change in that story;
  • Use the INSERT button in the top right corner to divide pages and add in artwork;
  • Add italics and bolding where appropriate;
  • When you save, add TAGS.

Please review the rubric before your begin. You are transferring your knowledge about design elements to Storybird and using your personal humorous narrative to publish a final product.

Once you have finished, add your book to Sesame. I will be assessing your work.
